6 month stay($4,700.80), plus6 month storage($1,003.50) = $5,704.30

      * Metered electric will be charged @.16 PKH

You can leave your RV on your site for the 12 month period.

You, your family or friends can use your RV at any time (for up to 30 days) while it is in storage. All that will be charged would be any metered electric used!

If for any reason you cannot stay the full length of time, the discounts will no longer apply. The rate will revert to the regular monthly rate.

Major Credit Cards are accepted.

All daily and weekly rates include Water, Sewer, Electric, Cable TV, and Wireless Internet. Monthly rates will have metered electric Reservations for a month or more require a $100.00 deposit and reservations must be canceled 24 hours prior to your arrival date for a full refund.
All Rates Subject To State & County Tax of 11.5%
